The Nexus Thrusting Automatic Douche is an automatic anal douche with a 350 ml reservoir and a silicone-coated nozzle. You operate it with a rechargeable remote control that Nexus describes as water-resistant. The body combines ABS plastic and silicone.

It suits you if you'd rather have an automatic anal douche that you control with a remote, instead of a manual one. If you don't want to keep an eye on batteries, the remote recharges. With a 350 ml reservoir, you know exactly how much water you'll be filling it with each time you use it.
