You pass the central strap under the mattress, take each strap to its side of the bed and adjust the cuffs. The straps are 152.4 cm long and adjustable, and the cuffs fit wrists up to 30.5 cm. When you finish, they come off and pack away easily, so you can take them travelling too.

How to use the Saffron Under the Bed
- Pass the central strap under the mattress, roughly level with the middle of the bed.
- Take each strap to the side or the foot of the bed where you want the cuff.
- Adjust the length of each strap, up to 152.4 cm.
- Put on the cuffs and adjust them to each wrist or ankle. You should be able to fit one finger between the cuff and the skin.
- When you finish, take it out from under the mattress and pack it away.
Cleaning
Wipe the cuffs and straps with a damp cloth and mild soap, and leave to air dry before storing.

- Check hands and feet often: if they get cold, tingle or change colour, loosen the cuffs straight away.
